Geothermal water-source heat pumps

Move heat, don't make it. Coldflow water-source heat pumps shift thermal energy between zones — heating some spaces while cooling others, with unmatched efficiency.

How it works

Our water-source heat pump system's biggest selling point is its ability to move heat from zones that need cooling to zones that need heating. The system uses electricity to drive a compressor that pumps refrigerant through the loop — collecting indoor heat in summer and extracting outdoor energy in winter.

When outside air falls below about 55°F, some rooms (typically interior or south-facing) need cooling while exterior or north-facing rooms need heat. The most efficient solution is to move heat from one to the other — exactly what a water-source heat pump does.
